Lights! Camera! Action!
Learning Objective:
- to effectively develop an idea for a disaster movie.
My Movie:
  • Set in a possible future of the world.
  • Dark and mysterious, sadness everywhere. Their clothes will be dirty ripped and old.
  • There will be a lot of camera where it follows the person or shows their point of view to get audience involved in the fear.
My Disaster Movie Narrative
  • Many people have died after a sort of purge is happening all the time where the civilians attack the rich and powerful to try and get equality.
  • Many people die which leads to people killing all around the world like 24/7 purge. Were people don't care anymore. The weak die most of the rich survive.
  • The population has decreased a lot and their is depression and fear everywhere
  • A positive change happens when people decide to stand together a change with new laws about gun violence and people getting treated equally.
  • At the end people start to rebuild humanity once again. But is still not fully done and there  are still people who don't agree with this rebuild. 
Characters:
  • The one who didn't like this from the beginning who's parents have died and is struggling to live.
  • The guys best friend who sticks with him in the same situation but is rich so family is protected.
  • The one who was killing but decides to change.
  • The love interest
  • The older guy who has wisdom.
  • The love interests father who is rich and powerful and agrees with everything that has happens and disagrees with the change.

Lights! Camera! Action! Learning Objective: - to develop an effective film marketing strategy  Movie Marketing; Release date - January 2021 gives time.  Case Study: Genre - action, spy. People who like action, adventure movies so therefore uses guns and mystery. Dark colour, reflections the confusion of the film. Like a different universe. Using Trailers: Trailers are shown across different platforms - cinemas, TV, online. Distributors have to decide when to release the trailer/s; what else the audience would watch; what films to link it to; where and when it would get the most exposure. Hobbs and Shaw, the Joker, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Birds of Prey. In India it was the Joker because it is a different audience so different movies will appeal to them. Originally for July 17, 2020 in IMAX but delayed until July 31. My Poster would be displayed outside cinemas, maybe side of buses. Trailer would be on YouTube and before other movies in the Cinema.
